Pricing

Pay for what you use.
Nothing you don’t.

Our goal is to drive value for you, so you only pay for what you use. Every plan includes the entire platform: no seat limits, no feature gates, no upgrade fees. You buy credits and spend them however you like.

ONE PLAN · THE WHOLE PLATFORM
No seat limits

Add your whole team. Pricing is about what you do, not how many people log in.

No feature gates

Every workflow, every channel, every altitude, available from day one.

No upgrade fees

Nothing is locked behind a higher tier. There is no higher tier to buy into.

Only pay for what you use

Credits are spent on the work you approve. Reviewing recommendations costs nothing.

Book a demo

We’ll walk you through credits, bonuses, and the plan that fits in the demo.

The Meter

How credits work

Every credit is a dollar of platform. Subscribe monthly and the more you commit, the more bonus credits you get.

You choose what to act on

MarZen generates recommendations continuously. You spend credits only on the ones you decide to ship, reviewing costs nothing.

Same price, any channel

Credits spend the same across AEO, paid media and community. Where the work happens is a detail, not a pricing tier.

Full visibility into usage

See exactly what every workflow consumed and what it cost you, down to the action. No surprises on the invoice, ever.

You’ll get a full rate card, what an assessment, a shipped change, and a campaign action each cost in credits, in the demo.

FAQ

How billing works

No. Every plan includes the entire platform, every workflow, every channel, every altitude. There are no seat limits, no feature gates, and no upgrade fees. Plans differ only in how many credits you have to spend.
Each action is authorized once when it starts, and everything that action kicked off can finish even if your balance runs out mid-run. Usage from successful, failed and cancelled work is settled when the action finishes. The next action pauses if more credits are needed. When you have both plan and pack credits, plan credits are used first.
Yes. Invited organizations can receive free trial credits and use MarZen without a card while they last. Around 50 credits remaining we send a one-time reminder; when they run out, you choose a plan to continue. Free trial credits expire after a set number of days.
A monthly plan grants a fresh allotment of credits each billing cycle. Pay-as-you-go has no monthly commitment: you buy credit packs when you need them, and when your balance runs low we can auto-buy another pack of the same size.
Monthly plan credits are meant for the current cycle and don’t stack forever; each renewal grants a fresh allotment. Pack credits, including automatic top-ups and pay-as-you-go packs, do not expire. On a monthly plan the two are tracked separately, so leftover pack credits carry over even when the plan renews.
Depending on plan or pack size, we add a bonus percentage on top of what you buy, configured for your organization and usually larger at higher tiers. The subscribe and change-plan screens show each tier’s bonus clearly.
If auto top-up is on, MarZen charges your saved card for another pack, matching your plan or pay-as-you-go pack size. Those pack credits don’t expire. If a charge can’t go through, agents pause until credits are available again. Card details are handled by Stripe; MarZen never stores card numbers.
Yes. Billing shows credits remaining and total, credits used this month, plan credits left for the cycle, pack and grant credits still available, and a usage-by-task breakdown of which workflows consumed how many credits.
Yes, from the Billing page. Upgrades to a higher monthly plan usually apply immediately, with extra credits for the difference. Downgrades, including switching to pay-as-you-go, generally start at your next billing date.
